“I've been a loyal patron of Cigar Warehouse for over two years now, and I can confidently say it's a wonderful place for cigar enthusiasts. I bought my first good set of cigars here, and since then, it's been my go-to spot. The workers are super nice nine times out of ten, super cool, and incredibly helpful. They know everything there is to know about cigars, and it's clear that this place is well-run with great prices.
I've been meaning to write a good review for a while now, and today's experience was another reminder of why I keep coming back. However, I did have a not-so-great experience the other week. I stopped by to get some cigars for my dad, and as soon as I opened the door, a lady working there said, "We're closed," with a very mean and rude tone. This was even though it was still ten minutes before closing time. I mean, how long does it take to ring up an order of just two cigars? The laziness of some workers these days is frustrating.
That one incident aside, this place is generally great and always delivers a fantastic experience. Because of that one off-putting employee, I'm giving Cigar Warehouse four out of five stars. It's definitely worth a visit!”

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and the customers are extremely welcoming and hospitable. Honestly I think the customers may have been the best thing about the place. “I was searching for a particular Italian Pinot Grigio Sparkling Wine (Lunaria) and found it here! It turned out to be the ideal accompaniment to the seafood linguine I made at home. Browsed through the aisles and left with more than I intended (mini bottles of Rumchata, as well as specialty foods such as Kalamata Olive Spread and Red Pepper Dip)but well worth it. Javae was the cashier. Friendly, courteous, and helpful. Will happily return to this location.”
