We came in because I was incorrectly advised at the T&Co Galleria location years ago that resizing my engagement and wedding rings would be much more costly. This prevented me from wearing my rings for years, and hesitant about T&Co. However, we came to this location and Maria was so friendly and super helpful with getting my rings resized. I buy items that are quality, that hold up stand the test of time and have a company that will stand behind their product. I have never been let down by Filson products. I don’t normally write reviews, but I am a believer in giving praise when it is justified. On a recent visit to the Plano, Filson store, the manager Natashia Barkins went out of her way, and spent several hours helping me with a couple of issues, hands-down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
