“I tried accessing my storage and it says access denied even though my bill was not due. Had to call several times to have them refresh their screens and all of a sudden I have access. Building two elevators haven’t been working for over two months. The current gentlemen/associate working there is nice, He needs help desperately !!! however he is only one person. You need to hire another associate for two buildings. I try not to write any reviews because I have never had an issues in the past. 9/20/2024.”
“I stopped by to return some boxes I purchased earlier in the week. The facility's pretty clean and the staff was friendly. The return process could've been a bit better. The person helping me almost refunded the amount to another person's card (she mistyped the store number), but because I'd asked if it was going back to ABC card and she said no, it's going back to 123, we were able to catch the mistake before the transaction was finalized. Outside of that near miss, everything else seemed okay.”
“Rented in Houston. Rental truck was newer, clean, and powerful enough to drive Texas Highways at 75-80 MPH. Under 10 MPG at that speed but I appreciated a truck designed for today's highways.”
