I honestly expected they might try to sell me new inserts, but they confirmed the ones we already had were perfect! They explained more about my son’s foot type and sent us on our way. Great, honest service.. I really appreciate that!”

This store has a good selection of shoes and we ended buying 4 pairs for our family. The associates spend a good amount of time with each customer and offer great suggestions. “They are really good at greeting the customer when you walk in, but as far as asking if you need assistance on the sales floor, they could use some work. I spent an hour in the store and not one person asked if I needed help. I kept having to go up front and they would have 4 people standing up there just talking.”

“Replay is my go-to for all of my disc golf needs! Their service and knowledge is excellent, and both their new and "slightly used" selections are well categorized and sorted - if there's a disc I'm looking for and don't yet want to pay full price for it, I can easily find it here without looking through the entire used disc section. They also have a lot of inexpensive used discs for newbies to start their first bag affordably. They also carry a lot of the necessary accessories for one's bag, including suckerball retrievers and a big assortment of disc golf bags. They have a lot of things for other sports as well, but as an avid disc golfer, there is no place in the North Texas area better for disc golfers to get what they need than Replay Sports in McKinney!”

“We visited this Reebok location the weekend before Thanksgiving, and it was very busy! Staff greeted us at the door and let us know the promotions. I noticed Tashi, who I later found out to be the manager, was particularly impressive in the way she circled around helping customers and even suggesting add-ons (socks, clothing etc.). Her energy was infectious and it made me WANT to shop there. If I was looking for an ideal experience, Tashi provided that and more. Kudos to Tashi for an outstanding job!”

“I was initially reluctant to return to the New Balance Allen store after a really bad experience last summer with the male assistant manager. But I needed new running shoes and decided to give it another try. I’m so glad I did.
I was immediately greeted by Marcus, who was incredibly helpful from the start. He took the time to ask what I was looking for in a running shoe and even offered to size me to ensure the right fit. Despite helping another customer at the same time, Marcus made sure I always felt taken care of and never once made me feel like an afterthought.

Their customer service has always been excellent. They have always responded back to emails in a very timely manner, and they have also gotten my order finished in a very timely manner, too. They even rushed an order for me this last time so that my students could get some shirts for when they started going to their internships. Then, Ally personally delivered the shirts at the school, which is on the other side of town, so that some of my students wouldn't have to miss their internships to come to school to pick up the shirts.
