“I brought my son in to have his foot evaluated and to make sure he had the right inserts for his soccer shoes. The evaluation was quick, easy, and really informative. I honestly expected they might try to sell me new inserts, but they confirmed the ones we already had were perfect! They explained more about my son’s foot type and sent us on our way. Great, honest service.. I really appreciate that!”

“Store associate Danny was very helpful in making sure we picked the right fit. He is patient, listens to your concerns and makes appropriate suggestions. This store has a good selection of shoes and we ended buying 4 pairs for our family. The associates spend a good amount of time with each customer and offer great suggestions. Based on the pressure points and measurement, I was surprised with the shoes suggested by Danny. I would have never picked those shoes but I was pleasantly surprised how comfortably they fit. I strongly recommend this store over a typical box store or any other shoe store. This is one of a kind personalized shopping experience.”

“Good repair service! Replacing a kid’s bike inner tube, and they went above and beyond by fixing the uninstallable training wheel due to short axis through using in house thinner bolts to tread on and get the bike inflated while training wheel supported in under 30mins. Chris the technician is very helpful in finding the right product and fixing the bike.”
“Always super helpful and they have a lot of options! We visit often. Staff is super friendly. Lacrosse is not cheap, but they do have specials/sales running on items. Our go-to lacrosse store for sticks/stringing/gloves/pads/etc!! Would definitely recommend!”

“Replay is my go-to for all of my disc golf needs! Their service and knowledge is excellent, and both their new and "slightly used" selections are well categorized and sorted - if there's a disc I'm looking for and don't yet want to pay full price for it, I can easily find it here without looking through the entire used disc section. They also have a lot of inexpensive used discs for newbies to start their first bag affordably. They also carry a lot of the necessary accessories for one's bag, including suckerball retrievers and a big assortment of disc golf bags. They have a lot of things for other sports as well, but as an avid disc golfer, there is no place in the North Texas area better for disc golfers to get what they need than Replay Sports in McKinney!”

“We visited this Reebok location the weekend before Thanksgiving, and it was very busy! Staff greeted us at the door and let us know the promotions. I noticed Tashi, who I later found out to be the manager, was particularly impressive in the way she circled around helping customers and even suggesting add-ons (socks, clothing etc.). Her energy was infectious and it made me WANT to shop there. If I was looking for an ideal experience, Tashi provided that and more. Kudos to Tashi for an outstanding job!”

Received help to the desired department, was shown available options for what I wanted to purchase, & had to go the checkout desk to order item online because they only had a display item & it was damaged. So now, we have to wait for delivery to the store & return for pickup.”
“I was initially reluctant to return to the New Balance Allen store after a really bad experience last summer with the male assistant manager. But I needed new running shoes and decided to give it another try. I’m so glad I did.
I was immediately greeted by Marcus, who was incredibly helpful from the start. He took the time to ask what I was looking for in a running shoe and even offered to size me to ensure the right fit. Despite helping another customer at the same time, Marcus made sure I always felt taken care of and never once made me feel like an afterthought.
My opinion of the New Balance Allen store has completely changed thanks to this experience. I will definitely be back and to his manager, please know that Marcus is a true asset to your team.”

“I’m giving 4 stars entirely because of Mahira's (Guess thats the name) outstanding service. She was friendly, attractive, attentive, and checked in on me a couple of times to see if I needed help.
I was looking for sizes 10 and 10.5 but couldn’t find them on display. When I asked another staff member (an older lady in the next aisle), she simply said, “What you see is what we’ve got.” Later, Mahira passed by and offered assistance. I asked her the same question, and to my surprise, she went to the back and brought out both sizes.
Thanks to her, I found the perfect fit. I’ll happily return to this store — but only when Mahira is there. ?”

“I have worked with Frisco Sports for the last 7 years, as I am a teacher in the FISD school district, and my students design and order a t-shirt each for my program. Their customer service has always been excellent. They have always responded back to emails in a very timely manner, and they have also gotten my order finished in a very timely manner, too. They even rushed an order for me this last time so that my students could get some shirts for when they started going to their internships. Then, Ally personally delivered the shirts at the school, which is on the other side of town, so that some of my students wouldn't have to miss their internships to come to school to pick up the shirts. My students were so thankful, and we were literally giddy with excitement for how cute our t-shirts turned out. Each experience has been wonderful. We appreciate your efforts to get us our shirts in such a quick time frame.”

I was helped by Semaj (Cashier Lead) and its no wonder she holds that position. She was able to track down my transaction, handle business with other customers and addressed my price match accordingly. Nothing but praise for Semaj and the manager on staff. “I'm writing a review because I was at this store on 10/12/24 shopping with my little sisters. When this customer (the user below me by the name of Rubi) came in asking for an exchange ( I know this because she started to get loud and obnoxious about it ) The employee working there tried to explain to her but she wasn't listening. I work in the retail world as well, and I have never seen such a rude, obnoxious, loud, self righteous, and entitled person in my life. The way she was treating the Employee was simply not right, "while i wasn't the kindest" is simply an understatement. The way this person lied on their review is insanity. It can be amazing what you can accomplish when you simply listen to employees and or read the policies of the store. Me and my sister's had a bet about how people like this try their hardest to ruin other peoples days, and I went on reviews to see if she did anything and to our expectations we saw a review detailing the exact encounter. Whoever you are Mariah, thank you for helping me and my little sisters with finding the product we needed, and bless you for dealing with people like that.”
