“I have had issues with repair shops in the past and tire companies not honoring warranties on tires less then 60 days old. I resorted to my son who is a mechanic in the military to work on my vehicles when he is home on leave so the cars are maintained. When he is not I use Firestone, because of the courtesy checks provided and what I do believe are honest recommendations for repairs. Also you do stand behind your work, products you sell and honor your warranty; I will be replacing my next sets off tires with you (I have 6 cars at home). Thank you, you have a customer for life.”

“Honest and affordable. Fast turn around time on repairs. First visit was the suspension on my suv. Second visit was a cracked oil filter housing. Owner shows you the broken parts that were replaced and will walk you to your lifted vehicle and show you the work done. I haven't come across an honest mechanic in a good while but this shop goes above and beyond. 100% recommend.”

“The 2 Aces facility and crew are legit. Known them since the beginning. I have had all my vehicles serviced there for years. From the simplest of oil changes to some minor / major repair services. From install custom exhaust to radiator replacements to tire repairs to diagnoses help to towing suggestions and on and on. Some of the vehicle rap sheet... 1999 Civic EX 2dr... help make last 298,XXX miles (crash 2015), 2006 Tacoma TRD... help make last 290,XXX miles (sold 2021), 2012 Camry SE V6... still going at 190,XXX miles, My Son 2005 G35 V6 6M... simple to minor/major, etc. 184,XXX (crash 2021). and my other vehicles on and on... Good peoples and great help. Even though I split my vehicles services with another facility, still worth it to have 2 Aces underneath your sleeve.”

“Transmission failure is an expensive nightmare. Industry labor rates are high now and all shops mark up their parts costs to some degree, just to pay their bills and remain viable...but there is markup and their is MARKUP. Richard's price was suitable but not excessive. He clearly explained what should happen with my transmission replacement, before patiently answering all of my questions. His Service Writer, Katherine, kept me updated on the progress. Though I hope I don't need any service soon, I will be a repeat customer at this shop.”

“I don't know why I didn't find these guys sooner. We moved to San Antonio in 2018 and have tried several different mechanics. ZV is just around the corner from us. The battery light was on in my wife's car last week, and the battery is brand new so I knew that wasn't it. The alternator was just replaced by another shop last year, so I'm thinking voltage regulator? Rodrigo calls me late Friday to tell me he thinks it's the alternator shorting but wants to a full charge on the battery over night to make sure. Saturday he calls me to say it is the alternator but the root cause is the water pump, which is leaking and spraying the alternator. Monday night we picked it up - perfect, full explanation/demonstration of what he found, and reasonably priced work. We're not going anywhere else from here on out.”

“I found Larson's while on hold waiting for another shop to return to me with an estimate for some work I needed. Pete was most helpful and provided a fairly unique solution to one of my problems - I was impressed. I was more impressed when their estimate for the work arrived and was a little over 10% lower than I'd estimated via some other tools. Given all the stars sprinkled throughout their reviews ... I'd imagined I'd found nirvana in the world of auto mechanics.Alas, the day came for my truck to arrive at the shop, receive a final evaluation of necessary work, negotiate around what would be done, etc. Their very thorough free evaluation discovered some disturbing information from prior mechanics' work and left me like most of these reports on an old vehicle ... optimistic, yet concerned.When we arrived at the same work I'd asked to be quoted earlier, I was surprised to learn it was a different, higher price. I waited for an explanation of the difference and didn't receive one... until I asked. I received a quick and rather glib ... "we forgot one of the parts" reply. I can appreciate errors being made, what I didn't expect was to be the one who realized a difference existed and had to ask for the explanation.I've not read every review for Larson's to know if this is a pattern with them, I can say I will be very sensitive to it if/when I decide to return for more work. Part of the reason I chose them was their very fair pricing in the initial estimate.In the end, my vehicle was repaired and drives as expected following the work they performed. For all of the 10 miles its been used - everything is wonderful.”

“Driving from Dallas to San Antonio, picked up a screw on my tire somewhere along the way. I googled Tire Repair near me, and this was the closest shop. I pulled in, told the guy what the problem was, and they pulled my car in immediately. Ten minutes and $20 later, I'm getting back on the road. Super friendly, quick attention, even squeaky clean bathrooms!”

“So this happened today. I was driving home from work and while driving I literally thought the frame of my car was going to break in half!!! I stopped at a tire shop to make sure my tires were okay. They inspected my tires and said everything was fine and I was safe to drive. ? Well I drove to my mechanic and as soon as I drove up, my mechanic said you've got something in your tire I heard it when you drove up. Sure enough this is what was in my tire!!! This big bolt made my car feel like my car was going to split in two while driving. I got my tire fixed and now my car drives smooth again. All this construction in San Antonio cheese and rice!!! That thing is gigantic!!! I feel so blessed to have a great mechanic who is honest and trustworthy!!! Thank God I didn't get stranded with a flat tire. God is good!!!???”

“Twice I have brought my car here. Twice they could have charged me for repairs. 1st time I thought I needed brakes. They told me my brakes were fine. 2nd time I had it towed to them. Instead of telling me I needed a new engine, Molly told me that they had a bulletin from the manufacturer and it should go to the dealer. She also told me to ask about that bulletin. The result was that instead of charging me thousands (which I would have had to come up with), Ford paid for my new engine. I am forever grateful to G&G and will not take my car anywhere else.”
