“I dropped off my truck rental using the app to return the equipment. Unexpectedly an employee named Kay still came over to assist me. He was so kind asking how my rental went and if I needed anything. I’m almost 8-months pregnant and while I was waiting in the crazy Dallas heat for my Uber- he brought me an ice cold bottled water. I honestly never expect this level of customer service anywhere -especially at uhaul. Thank you Kay!!!”
