“Really nice Costco. The staff is very friendly and upbeat and polite. Very good prices. Good sized parking lot. I just wish they would put signs up telling you what number you parked in. It is easy to forget where you parked. Very busy on weekends, i highly recommended going on a weekday where it is less crowded. Good place to have lunch In because the price is so reasonable. I would share a hot dog or pizza because it is so huge. I like how they check your reciipt to verify your purchases. As of January 2024 they are testing a check in machine with your picture coming up on the screen. Just FYI.”

“You know those times when someone unexpected simply inspires you? I'm sitting at Costco for the third time in 2 weeks to get new tires. I mentioned to my wife last week that Jesus at the tire place has a great attitude, and was very helpful. He saw me walk in to order my tires which I had priced out a week earlier and he remembered my name, the car and tire size. Guy must have had 200 customers that day. I'm not a very memorable guy. Today he spots me sitting around the food court waiting for the tires to be installed and takes the time to stop and greet me by name. Then goes on to help the next customer with that same smile and enthusiasm. So I'm inspired today because I do the same job everyday and there are those tough days. Today I'm taking a page out of Jesus's book on customer service and good attitude. Thanks Jesus - hope Costco management reads this and recognized you. Happy New Year.”

“Not necessarily all of the things that you would find at a normal Costco. However, they have a lot more selection for any business requirements like large sizes and industrial grade appliances, and cookware. It also is considerably less crowded on a weekend than our normal Costco is.this is our first time here , that was great experience.”

“Excellent customer service. When leaving, the young lady counted over & over. Turns out, I'd mistakenly been charged twice for an item. She called the manager, Greg, over to assist me. I appreciated both of their attentiveness. The only downside is the location of this store's registers. There end up being two long lines that make it difficult to feed into the registers in the middle. This location would be better served if it followed the layout of other stores.”

“We were members of Costco for a number of years before we lapsed in 2015 and never renewed. We decided to stop in today and restart membership.Terri, Bill, and Charles were the true standouts here on today's visit(12/7/2023). The employees were so kind and helpful and answered any and all questions we had. Terri was able to get me signed up and approved for a Citi VISA Costco Card within a few minutes. She assisted me and my Mom with getting our photos taken for our membership cards as well as downloading the Costco digital membership app on our phones. Everything was efficient, quick, and easy. What I truly appreciate is the clear value for your money. Buying in bulk has its perks.The checkout process was simple as well. Charles was so pleasant, greeted us with a smile, and had a very professional work ethic. He also engaged in conversation with us and made us feel welcome.I appreciate the customer service we received here. “Shopping Experience - Came in around 5pm/Monday and the inside of the store was not very busy. I was able to enjoy most of my shopping and wandering. This was my first time shopping at Sam's so I compared everything to Costco. I was pleased with some of the options Sam's provided but wish there were some brands and items they sold. - I also received free samples of dishwasher pods which was nice! - The produce lacked quality items as many of the leafy greens and vegetables were expiring in 2 days time. Please provide and stock quality items for shoppers! - The member services staff can do a better job acknowledging and helping customers as I stood there for 10 min while employees were chatting. This was my first time walking in to shop here, and I would have gladly walked out and spent my money elsewhere. Check out Experience - After waiting in line, an employee walked up to me to expedite my check out experience. It was my first time shopping at Sam's club and she helped me check out, save $10 on my order, and provided me with a physical membership card. I was pleasant with this part of my experience Parking Lot - The lot is a hot mess and reckless drivers. Do be careful and cautious as people don't have a problem scratching and hitting your vehicle. Gas Station - I think the costs were relative to the loval gas stations so I didn't see much savings while buying regukar gas. However, it is convenient knowing there is a gas station nearby!”
