“Courtney Gressett is a great employee and Regions Bank is lucky to have her as part of their team. She offered assistance with delicacy, accuracy, and efficiency where her predecessors have failed to. (I won't name names). I came into Regions with my mom regarding an issue with our mortgage a couple months ago. And not one person at this branch has made as much progress as Courtney in the one-hour session we were sitting here. We don't have an answer to our problems but we feel finally heard that our issue is getting taken care of.”

“This branch is my home. Myriam has worked with me for years getting me to understand the way you have to get your credit right. We worked closely together on the MA plan. A plan i named after her that essentially has a person working extra and everything extra goes to paying your debt. I started the plan in October at a 530 Credit score. In December my credit was up to 610 . My current credit score is 652. She also taught me about Income To Debt Ratio. I learned how to balance my expenses and save. She helped me get a CD as well. She really wants to help you succeed. I love her! She is the best!!Mrs. Terri the overseer of the branch she makes sure that you don't have extra money lying around. We had a great conversation and i realized I had a 401k that I forgot about. She also is prepping me for the next step of getting a home. Zenaida the "elmers" of the branch. She has completely transformed my mindset. After I opened my business account. She took out a pen and paper and helped me see that running a business you have to make sure that you are making a profit. She really takes her time with you and makes you feel at home. Why am i crying lol... But she is a really good person and genuinely wants to see you succeed.
