“This is a good Best Buy. Bought a computer there from a very knowledgeable, nice employee. Unlike the Fry Road location, which is horribly overstaffed with a bunch of do-nothing stand arouders who never once acknowledged us, all blabbering with each other, nobody said one word to us even after i got irate and left. The employees could not be any less interested in anything but each other. This place has completely gone down the tubes.
Left there in anger,went to other location, completely different atmosphere . Don't waste your time at the fry rd. Location.Go to the Grand Parkway one, much ,much better.”
“My daughter's phone was lost/stolen yesterday, so we went to the store to see what options were available. We didn't want to pay the insurance deductible since it was a "free" phone with the line. Christine helped us so much. She searched through my account and found an option that would work for us. This was having a free 4th line, which came with a free phone. So my daughter got a new phone. Christine also helped us set it up. She was helping us for a good two hours. Poor thing. We were there until closing. She was super helpful and super patient with the situation and with the setup since my daughter forgot her AppleID (lesson learned). So great experience at this store due to Christine's diligence and patience and knowledge of the available products!”

“dude, this place was overwhelming. i came in with expectations of a slurpee, and successfully left with one. this was a 10/10 experience. the worker was alright, little mean but decent. overall this 7/11 is unlike any other. the atmosphere was nice. would shop here again in the prices weren’t so damn high and slurpees were always working. ?”
