“Believe all of those 5 star reviews written about Luxor Custom Jewelers. I was actually blessed enough to be given the opportunity to take my bench Jewelers apprenticeship there back in 2004. They can pretty much create anything you want they haven't army of Jewelers working in the back constantly and they only hire The Best of the Best. They are not one of those Custom Jewelers or repair shops that cuts corners by any means they get the job done right and they get it done right the first time. I am forever indebted and grateful to the owner Waguih Guirguis. For if it wasn't for his kind offer to allow me to take my apprenticeship there I wouldn't be the Jeweler I am today and I owe him all of the credit for giving a young 22-year-old an opportunity way back when. I now live in Austin and really need to get back up there to go visit everyone. But if it's not Waguih who you are working with directly Corrine and the rest of the sales staff are all amazing people and do not pressure you into anything. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else except Luxor if you're in the DFW area. Thank you Waguih for all you did for me all those years ago I promise to get up there as soon as I can and pay you a visit just to say hello. God bless you sir”

“I have a friend who told me about this place & that would have to meet the guy(David) that runs it. I've been sitting on some gold & silver from storage units. I've been too a few places around town but never felt like I was being offered the right prices so stopped selling & just sat on it. When I went to Potts of Gold I felt like I was at my family's house. David not only made me feel comfortable. He showed me how he comes up with the prices. He is also very intellectual about life. “On August 25, 2020 my soon to be husband and I went to Gatehouse Jewelers to see about ordering a wedding band. We were able to order the one I wanted and have it shipped in time to fly out to Las Vegas the following week to get married. They told us they would have it in time and the ring came in on August 31st, 2020. The manager met me there for me to get it and Shawn and I flew out the next day and were married in Las Vegas on September 2nd, 2020. Very good customer service!”

“Just had my 35 year old wedding ring, remade with a double sided ring guard, at Williams Custom Jewelers. Also, had a diamond pendant made, with some of my deceased mother’s diamonds. Both, turned out gorgeous! Mr Williams, is very creative and meticulous. He designed both items and got them done, in a very timely manner, and I can’t stop looking at my hand! I’m so appreciative of his work ethic and his honesty!! As long as I live in Texas, I’ll never use anyone else!”

“It’s easy to see that the team at this store strives for top service. The store manager, who’s been there for years, is very friendly and helpful. Even when my watch repair required more than a battery replacement, she gave me options, including going through the manufacturer instead of the store. Their focus is on the customer, not on how to make the most profit. Very honest jewelry store! They deserve no less than 5 stars!”
“stopped in to physically see and try on some candidates for my first Rolex ... greeted at the door and welcomed in by Jesse Kelly ... immediately offered coffee/drink and a cleaning for the Datejust my wife was wearing ... relaxed, informative, and friendly conversation regarding both Rolex and Pieter Andries ... invited to see the (impressive) service center and jewelers at work ... while I understand the current (un)availability of Rolexes, all in all a VERY pleasurable experience ... while I left empty handed, I also left with a reasonable expectation of acquiring the Yacht-Master I fell for sometime in the not too distant future ... certainly my best watch/jewelry store experience ... Jesse and Pieter Andries will be my top choice if/when a Yacht-Master should become available ... thanx !”

“We have been here twice to the Southlake location, once to purchase a couple items and once for a repair on a cross necklace that my daughter had for several years. She was a little hard on the necklace and wore it almost every day. We have been very please with service on both occasions we visited the Southlake location and staff is always helpful. I find James Avery Jewelry to be very good quality jewelry for the price and it is our go to Jewelry for my college age daughter. In the past she had some items from Pandora and Kendra Scott, but those items never held up and tarnished. Her James Avery Jewelry has always held up and we have never had the pieces we purchased tarnish like other stores. Very good value for your money.”
