Fernanda the manager she stuck with through my problem I went to 2 other locations was ignored of scurried off but she was attentative and friendly and guided me through the process of getting me a new phone.

Came in to add me to my husbands phone plan and get a new phone, Cole was extremely helpful and got us all taken care of! Love my new phone and we got all set up 100% in store.
