Famous Footwear has friendly and helpful staff in easy location in Rockwall. The store has easy access, close parking and readily available help in locating specific shoes. The courteous service, valuable information and the help to locate the best fit for a casual shoe acquisition or a vacation shoe. The staff went above and beyond, looking at other stores, found almost exact pairs and delivered excellent customer service. Can recommend the store for the great service and helpful staff.
