“First time at this New Balance Store (Rockwall). My Husband and I were looking for comfortable shoes, and we found them. Thanks to Joe and Colin our feet were measured, they explained the different style of shoes and never pressured us to make a decission. We purchaed a pair for each of us and socks for my husband. They are supper tentative to our needs and we felt welcomed and comfortable with our decision and purchase. Thank you so much Joe and Colin, you gentlemen are great! We will be back to Rockwall for more shoes!”

“I love this place. Have been buying my shoes there for a few years. In the past they had associates that were very knowledgeable in shoes, and this time I fel like the associates were lacking. Seemed like a lot of young girls that only wanted to talk with each other with lil knowledge of shoes.”

“I rarely take my 4-year-old shopping with me because she has Level 3 autism and is nonverbal. Today, we went to Rack Room Shoes in Rockwall about 45 minutes before closing. It was just my family of four and two ladies working. My daughter spent the entire 45 minutes running up and down every aisle while I chased after her, and my husband helped my oldest pick out shoes. I kept accidentally getting in the employees’ way while they were cleaning up for the night. Every time I apologized, one of the ladies would just smile and say, “Don’t worry, you’re doing a good job.” She probably told me that three different times. To most people, those are just six simple words. But to a parent of a child with special needs, “You’re doing a good job” means everything. I never felt judged or rushed. They weren’t impatient or rude, and they never made us feel like we were inconveniencing them, even though we ended up leaving right at 9:00 p.m. when they closed (completely unintentional). Both ladies laughed with us, treated our family with kindness, and even went out of their way to find the correct shoe sizes for our girls. As a special needs parent, taking your child into public can sometimes feel overwhelming because you’re worried about how people will react. Today was a reminder that there are still genuinely compassionate people out there. Thank you, Rack Room Shoes in Rockwall, for your patience, kindness, and understanding. Your compassion meant more than you probably realize. This was today July 21,2026”

“I placed an online order and when I went to pick up I waited for over 10 minutes. I finally called the store to ask how much longer it was going to be. They said it would be right out. After another 5 mins an employee came out and got my order information and realized I had somehow ordered it for pick up at a store in Plano. So frustrating, especially after the long day I had. I asked her if there was any way to have it switched to the store in Rockwall and she walked me through how to cancel the pick up and change the pick up to where I was. Her name was Natalie and she ran in and completed the order immediately for me and ran it out so quickly! I was so appreciative for her help. True customer service!!”

“The staff was friendly and helpful. I needed to exchange two shirts for my nephew. I found the size in one shirt but not the other. The associate looked up the shirt and told me where I could find it. I even got money back for the exchange. There was a better sale since I bought the shirt.”

“Good place for back to school shopping and even a few things for the office. I was disappointed with the Skechers selection. But my teenager was able to give a few pairs that she ended up leaving with.”
