“We came to AT&T to add a new line to an existing plan. Our first visit to this location and Kat was able to help us get our transfer pin and keep the same phone # without having to drive to T-Mobile in Rockwall. Highly Convenient for us!We also sat at a table with Kat and she went over different phone models what they offer and pricing and phone cases. We ended up with 2 new phones and Kat never made us feel pressured or rushed, just good honest customer service!”
