And I love that most products have a reward system that gives you a free bag/case of food after like 10 or so purchases. I'm always happily surprised when I'm told that I've earned a free case (or bag) of my bougie cat food and only have to pay the few bucks in taxes. Lol.
Their return policy is top notch, as well- if for any reason your pet doesn't like/ can't eat a food, they'll give a full refund even if it's opened. Super helpful when trying to find a food that my allergic guy can tolerate. Plus, the workers are helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.
Literally my only "complaint" about this place is that they put up Christmas decorations at Halloween and it makes me cringe, lol! But obviously, the rest makes me able to cope with that small perturbation. ?
Oh, and they also offer same day delivery! Or next morning, if, like me, you ever find yourself on your last can of food at 10 pm because you forgot to stop on the way home. You'll wake up with your furkids' breakfast at your doorstep. ?

Plus if you have a cat such as myself and my husband, there's definitely a good selection of cat litter too. She grooms them with care, and she takes her time to make sure they are happy and comfortable. My dogs have gone from feeling scared of the groomer, to excited and happy about a "doggie spa day" thanks to Hope.

We were treated really well. In and out quickly. his dog was a little leery when we got there. Animal Hospital of Fate
1001 TX-66, RockwallTwo of our dogs got into it and one had a deep puncture wound. I called our vet and they were unable to see him. I called this place and the lady on the phone was so nice and said just come in, we will work you in. I was so surprised. They got us back quickly and knew exactly what to do for him. We were in and out super fast, and all staff were super kind!! Our dog is all healed up now and looks great! Thank y'all so much!!

3010 Ridge Rd, RockwallI saw Dr. Smith today for my chameleon since I wasn’t sure what was going on with my pets eye and her other Dr at the VCA Animal Hospital I work at is out on vacation (much deserved). Dr. Smith was so helpful and wonderful. She gave me a packet with useful information about my chameleon and was able to flush out what was preventing my chameleon to see. Ive been home for a while and my chameleon is eating her food with no hesitation now. All in all from the CSR’s to the Techs to the Dr. were all amazing. Thank you again for squeezing us in and treating Texas she may have been spicy but she really needed it! ?

I brought my dog Harley in for a routine checkup and abdominal xray as she was having the Hershey squirts for the past week before. We are sitting in the waiting room when all of a sudden this big brolic dog mounts my poor Harley in a fit of rage and lets nature take its course. No help from any of the employees! I have to remove this big horndog from my dear sweet Harley to save her from the horrors that awaited her! But I was too late!! Brutus had already finished the job and now my poor sweet Harley was going to be a mother to his offspring. We ended up bringing her back for the birth of the dogs and I have to say the service was much better this time! Very helpful staff.

We brought in two irate cats who do not like being transported in carriers. One of which pooped and puked inside his carrier. The owner came and explained all the different types of wines with us, showed us how to drink wine and answered all our questions. He was very personable and made our experience fun. His award winning wines were amazing as well. The wines are the main attractions but don’t sleep on the food everything we ordered was amazing! We had such a blast. I highly recommend for special occasions and even something intimate as well. Can’t wait to go back.
