“I have always been pleased with the service here. They seem honest in their fair prices and transparent in completion dates. Communication was satisfactory to me. They are patient and great about explaining bike care to my son and his bike ignorant father, which i appreciate. Happy to support Eric and I recommend them.”

“Thank you to Angie for selling us a beautiful Bianchi road bike. Literally weeks away from an Ironman our bike decided to break. Scrambling around, we found PLAYTRI in Round Rock and had the best customer service from Angie. She helped us with the bike fitting and worked with us with logistics as we live in Temple. Thank you to both Angie and Camilo for staying after hours to finalize the purchase and the last minute details.”

“The service advisor took time to explain the upgrades I was requesting, as well as the cost and time it would take. The service was completed on time and did not exceed the estimate. When I picked up my bike, the sales clerk also helped me to install my cleats at no extra charge.”

“Craig was an excellent salesman and helped me choose a bike I'm happy with. A follow up phone (to a different employee) call a couple of days later to try and obtain a user's manual resulted in my being blown off and a promised return call never happened.”
