“I seriously cannot recommend Atnan and American Elite Auto Body enough!!! This is genuinely the ONLY place I would bring my car for body work. Atnan has helped me and my family multiple times over the years, and he has always gone above and beyond for us. It’s so rare to find someone in the car business who is genuinely honest, trustworthy, and actually cares about helping you, and that’s exactly who Atnan is. Most recently, I brought my car in with a pretty bad dent in my side door, and he made the entire process so easy. He worked seamlessly with my insurance, kept me updated throughout, got everything done incredibly fast, and had my car looking like nothing ever happened!! His entire crew is also always incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Whether you call, email, or just walk in, they’ll do whatever they can to help. Everyone was kind, honest, down-to-earth, and genuinely cared about helping me. They repaired the dent, repainted the damaged area, and replaced my back windshield—all in just two days. Their prices were very reasonable, and they even offered to drive me home and pick me up when my vehicle was ready, which made the whole experience so much easier. “The body work seems to be good, only time will really tell how good the paint is. Overall I'm satisfied with the initial quality of repair. However, I had to knock down 1 star due to some stain or adhesive that was left in my vehicle back seat.....which is definitely odd considering there was no work being done to that side of the vehicle. Someone left dirty boot prints on the rear passenger floor and scuffed up the back of the passenger seat. I cleaned up the dirt, but am left with two small spots where the person who sat in my back seat must have had some sort of adhesive or other hard curing substance on the bottom of their shoes. Not the end of the world, but I dropped off my vehicle in spotless condition on the interior, and received it back in a different condition despite the only work being done was to the driver side. I'm just curious why we're there 3 people riding around in my vehicle with extremely dirty shoes without at least putting down some kind of courtesy protection on the seats and floor. Eh, I'm admittedly a neat freak and this is probably something not everyone thinks about, just a bit of a bummer in my opinion”

“While communication at the beginning was a little sketchy, I had booked an appt through my insurance company, but the local office kept pinging me asking me to set an appt which I had already confirmed with their national/regional office was completed. Once I arrived the team was fast, responsive, answered all my questions, walked me through everything they were going to do, and gave me an estimate of a little over 2 weeks to complete the work. FOUR DAYS later they texted me telling me the work was done and I could pick it up!! Walking through the pick up and looking at the work done, I had zero notes. Everything looked great, they walked me through everything they did, noted that they had to replace a part they didn't think they were going to have to on the original estimate, but once it was pulled off the vehicle they noticed it was indeed cracked. I couldn't be happier with the work and time it took to complete. While I hope I never have to use a body shop again, if the need arises, it will absolutely be Caliber Collision on Mays Ave in Round Rock.”
