“The body work seems to be good, only time will really tell how good the paint is. Overall I'm satisfied with the initial quality of repair. However, I had to knock down 1 star due to some stain or adhesive that was left in my vehicle back seat.....which is definitely odd considering there was no work being done to that side of the vehicle. Someone left dirty boot prints on the rear passenger floor and scuffed up the back of the passenger seat. I cleaned up the dirt, but am left with two small spots where the person who sat in my back seat must have had some sort of adhesive or other hard curing substance on the bottom of their shoes. Not the end of the world, but I dropped off my vehicle in spotless condition on the interior, and received it back in a different condition despite the only work being done was to the driver side. I'm just curious why we're there 3 people riding around in my vehicle with extremely dirty shoes without at least putting down some kind of courtesy protection on the seats and floor. Eh, I'm admittedly a neat freak and this is probably something not everyone thinks about, just a bit of a bummer in my opinion”

My Service Advisor, Ken Wetta, was outstanding throughout the process. I had a terrible experience dealing with the insurance company for the person who hit me, but Ken stayed persistent, keeping me updated and making multiple attempts to contact them.

“While having to deal with a totaled car is never a fun exercise, Scott and the team at RR Collision were genuinely the best shop I could have rolled into. In a world that tries to exploit you at every turn, it was extremely refreshing to be met with humanity and understanding during a chaotic and messy time for me. They had every opportunity to charge me up the wazoo or pitch me empty platitudes, but instead they really only ever wanted to do what was best for ME. Crazy!
