“My review is a tad late my apologies. On 9/2/23 Justin & Cameron took such GREAT care of my Jeep. I needed an oil change and while this was going on they both answered some questions I had about other services provided such as brake jobs and more. I really appreciated how I wasn’t treated like some silly woman and things weren’t dumbed down. And when I didn’t understand something they made me feel comfortable enough to ask them to explain it further. Amazing customer service through and through!! Before I knew it my oil change was complete and I use only full synthetic at 5qts so I knew what the cost would be or so I thought…it was cheaper due to a coupon that was offered! “I've started taking our cars here. Much cheaper than a dealership, and more honest, too. The dealer said I needed new brakes, but they showed me I didn't. They have fixed everything I needed, and tell me when something doesn't need to be replaced. There is a location closer to me that I haven't tried, but I'll stick with this location. Great experience doing business with them, and it is nice finding a mechanic I can trust.”

“I have been to Lamb’s three times. The first two they checked out my car but wouldn’t charge anything, saying they hadn’t done any work on it. They are very honest folks, don’t try to upsell, something I encountered at the dealership where I took my car for service since moving to Round Rock two years ago. This visit I got an oil service and the brake fluid changed. When you find a good mechanic and service center, stick with them.”

“Heard many good reviews prior but luckily my vehicle has not needed work…until it did lol. I had to get my brakes done (they never squeaked, just went straight to metal on metal grinding). Justin was able to address the brake issue and explain to me why I didn’t get the “normal warning of squeaking” (pads, rotors replaced). Had all my brake issues resolved, also I had a small coolant leak which he was also able to diagnose. I’m glad Camdyn auto was able to take care of my truck issue and be flexible with my schedule. “I came in guns a blazing because I thought I had been scammed by them in June, and didnt want to be taken advantage of because Im a woman. They were respectful and patient with me and explained everything to me and gave me a visual of everything going on. They fixed everything for free (because of warranty) and told me what else needed to be done without pressuring me. “the service here is great! Technician Marcos assisted me in airing a low tire and discovered a screw causing a slow leak. He promptly had the tire off and was able to repair it and had me on the road right away. He also made sure I had proper pressure in my remaining tires. I have used this location many times for their Great service at an affordable price!”

They got my tires, inspection and filters done efficiently and were insanely helpful from beginning to end! I was practically a two day client because the tires I want it we're coming in the next day and they got my car/ tires in first thing in the morning! And I could definitely tell the expert handiwork just on my drive home alone!They truly went above and beyond! The manager and every mechanic is a 10 out of 10 in my book!
