I called about a few issues I was having, and Bella, the local store manager, answered. She walked me through everything, was incredibly helpful, and went above and beyond to get things sorted out. She made absolutely sure I hung up that call 1000% happy.
She was absolutely fair on the pricing of my storage.

We recently moved out of state and were thinking of using that other company that starts with a "P" ? and decided to go with UNITS instead per a recommendation from a Redditor and so happy we did! The people that work for Units are very personable and if you have questions they either answer when you call or they always get back to you soon after! We had such a great experience from drop-off to pick-up in both states and will definitely use them in the future!

“I have had 2 interactions with Gilbert recently. I had one at the front desk and his customer service skills are over the top awesome along with Ms. Kathy! He made my day so easy. He was very helpful. The next was in the back entrance while I was accessing my unit. He was sweeping and was again so friendly! He was sweeping the halls while making his safety rounds. It's nice to know the people here care about my unit and personal property. It was nice to have a friendly face and a little refreshing positive small talk on a very long day. I have had a few storage units and THIS Bee Safe makes me feel that my belongings are very safe. It sure helps on how clean this place is. Its a white glove storage facility for sure!”

“Aron's is a safe and clean location for the storage of my truck and trailer. Gisela is always very helpful. It is nice to have a locally owned business with regular onsite staffing. Go to some of these other places it is just kiosk with nobody around and no way to even see the space your are about to rent.”
