“We couldn’t be happier with my experience at Bell Cityline Apartments! From the moment we toured, every interaction has been warm, professional, and genuine. The community itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and in a fantastic location, close to everything you need while still feeling like home.
The staff truly make the difference here. Jacob and Abby at the leasing office are always friendly, helpful and go above and beyond to make sure all questions are answered. Paige, the manager, is incredibly attentive and ensures everything runs smoothly and the maintenance staff are always responsive, professional, friends and know how to get any job done pretty quick. Everyone here genuinely cares about residents’ experiences, and it really shows and that's why I took the liberty to even write this review.

“I've been a resident of Spring Pointe Apartments for over 4 years and I've seen my share of changes, good and bad, which includes management, tenants, maintenance and staff. As for current property owner Valiant Residential and Property Manager, Lyric Parker, I have nothing but good things to say. From my experience, both Ms. Lyric and her staff are pleasant and professional people to work with. Ms. Lyric is reliable and attentive. Whenever I had an issue or a complaint, she never hesitated to address the matter. She's very understanding and helpful. I've never had an issue with maintenance. Whenever something needed repair, they were prompt and efficient in getting it done. Thanks Ms. Lyric for everything.”

“Apartment manager (Sasha) and maintenance are extremely responsive and respectful. I would give 6 stars to them if I could. It’s another perk of not living in a massive unit. It’s an overall very quiet neighborhood. Great place to live if you want feel a little bit insulated from the “hustle and bustle””

“Hello I've been living at this apartment complex for the past 13 years with my family, and honestly been pretty happy overall consuming neighbors and office staff. The manager has been here a long long time that proves he's doing a good job with his team, this apartments are really nice are being remodel and I've looked around the area price wise and believe me they are really competitive prices. Other apartments are super old and the prices are high to the roof here they try to help u every time u renew ur contract, they give good offers so u can stay and for us its been a blessing as u all know the economy is not really good now days. So people in the office are nice the lady in the front desk always helps with our needs and things need that need to be fix or replace at our apartment of course there are times they take more time to do it but they do there best with kids u know is not easy to have everything perfect at home u know walls, floors etc.etc.etc. But give the apartments a try we have alots of restaurants, schools, grocery stores, 635 LBJ freeway is next to us, dart bus stops right next to the office really convenient when u need public transportation. Hope this review will help u all come and check them out i sure this will be a nice place to live with or without family.... thanks ?”
“Hello, good evening. The truth is that I went a week ago to see the apartments since my husband and I were looking to move to a smaller, more comfortable place for him. We were kindly assisted by AMARILYS. I am very pleased with her excellent treatment. She gave us a tour of the condominium and her treatment was spectacular, very nice, friendly and explained everything to us, an attention that left us very satisfied. She offered us coffee, hot chocolate and water. Thank you Amarilys for being so kind and giving us that attention. We will visit you soon. A hug. Take care of yourself.”
“It has been officially 3 month since moving in and so far I like it here. It is quiet and whenever I had a concern, it was taken care in a timely manner. There is a roach and gnats problem. Hopefully after a few more sprays it will no longer be a problem. The AC keeps going out but the complex doesn’t want us to have window units. Other than that. Not a bad place.”
“The Leasing guy Jack took me to all the amenities and showed me the model and a 2-2. He was very informative for it being his first day working there.

“We are delighted with our choice to move to the Heights - so peaceful, great staff, attention to construction detail and handicapped access . It is very convenient to both Richardson and Firewheel Mall. it is necessary, however to add to cleaning up the dog poop and stations as well as the halls. recently the maintenance staff under the new operators were great - AC stopped at night in early Oct and they were here the next AM when I called in45 minutes- nice man also”
“I have lived at el castillo for over 4 yrs. When I first moved in, It was all I could afford, It was not the best apartments. But over the past 2 years, we have had a new property manager that hasgone above and beyond with trying to improve the property. We have a new parking lot WITHOUT giant pot holes that withheld water. Sometimes it is am inconvenience on the water being shut off, but that's due to repairs that should have been done many years ago. But im happy to be a resident here at el castillo. Im happy we finally have a manager that cares for this community.”
