“This place has a group of ATMs, there is a phone that can get you to a banker if you need to talk to someone. In order to get into the place you swipe your Debit card and the door unlocks, which gives you a measure of safety when you are in the glass enclosed store. Convenient to the Tom Thumb, Petco, and restaurants in this shopping center I see no problems with it.”
“Thank you Elle for working with me to take the hold off my deposit. I think that your corporate policy for putting a hold on checks deposited at the branch is very unwelcoming to a new customer. I appreciate your customer service and making sure that the hold was taken off and my money was posted.
I moved my account to Truist because you have a brick and mortar branch in my city. When I was pedalized for depositing check in person I was very put off and almost moved my account back to capital one.
