“Jansen was a MASSIVE help. My car wasn't starting in the mornings unless it was jumped. I took it to AutoZone to check to see if the battery was bad and said no, it was my starter. I took it to a local mechanic and he did a test and said it was just my battery. Autozone lied to me. Jeff from Joes Auto Repair in Garland didn't have the battery for me so I took it to Batteries Plus. Jansen was incredible. He told me why my battery died in less than two years was because the last shop I had my battery replaced at didn't put in a battery that was strong enough to handle all the electrical systems. I have a 2017 Mazda 6. I had to leave work early and Jansen got me the right battery for my car and replaced it in less than 10 mins. There is a sweet lady named Ann that helped me to check out to buy the battery. Basically what I'm saying is this is an amazing place to go to. From my first brief experience, they treated me like I was a life long customer. I know it's just a battery change but they were all incredible and super nice and professional. Thank you Jansen and Ann. You guys rock.”

“Stop that first of all the first thing I would say is that this review is very late. I was actually headed to another O’Reilly and the Holy Spirit told me to go to this one on Galloway as I entered the door. Sonia greeted me with the hello and ask what she could do to help me. I explained to her there was a problem with my oil cap and I couldn’t get it removed. I actually broke it trying to remove it so Sonia went to work trying to remove the cap for me. I was actually about to give up and had said to one of her coworkers if they could just tell her, it’s OK I would try later. That’s when Sonia came walking from the back and she had removed the cap for me. Oh my God she went above and beyond she didn’t have to do it, but she did. She was so kind so so kind and helpful and very knowledgeable about other things I wanted to purchase thank you so much Sonia for your help and your kindness.”

“Having never been to Batteries Plus, I found they were the only local store that carried the truck battery Consumer Reports rated number 1. Armed with foreknowledge, I knew this was an expensive battery, so I went in and told them the exact battery I wanted (which was in stock). After identifying the make, model, and year of my truck, they asked me about my driving habits. What? It turns out the battery I wanted does not perform well for a driver who drives a few miles with lots of starts throughout the day. That battery was better suited for long-haul driving. So they down-sold me on another battery, also with a four-year battery. Even with all the conversation, they took my old battery to recycle and installed the new one, all within 30 minutes. They even had a gadget that saved all my radio and clock settings when there was no battery. I was super pleased and headed home to write a review. When I pulled it up on Google Maps, I saw they accept items for recycling. I called to ask what they took, and that all I had they would receive. So I loaded up half my back seat with all kinds of batteries, chargers, charge cords, phones, battery backup/surge protectors, and even an old Fitbit. Both times, the guys were courteous, helpful, and personable. I have found a new favorite place. How about you?”

“In the last 2 days I've been to 3 O'Reilly's. I just got the pleasure of dealing with Frank at this location at Oates.
He was able to give me a refund even though I couldn't find my receipt... because he had the Authority to do so.
Then I asked him if he could recommend an honest Used tire company in the area.
He recommended Latino Discount Tires which was only a mile and a half away.
They too get a five-star review, because none of my tires had to be replaced like another mechanic had suggested.

I brought my 2020 Chevy Camaro to O’Reilly Auto Parts for a battery replacement and had a great experience despite the extra challenge — the battery was located in the trunk. Denise greeted me promptly and walked me through the plan before starting. She carefully removed interior panels, accessed the trunk-mounted battery, and explained each step in plain language so I could follow along.
The replacement itself was handled skillfully: Denise disconnected the old battery safely, installed the new one with secure connections, and reassembled the trunk area without any scuffs or loose trim. She performed a charging-system check and a short road-start test to confirm everything worked perfectly. Denise also cleaned the terminals, showed me how to check the replacement’s status, and provided warranty paperwork.
Even with the trickier location, the whole visit was efficient, professional, and reassuring — Denise’s competence and clear communication turned a potentially stressful repair into a smooth, pleasant experience.”
