“I see several mediocre reviews for this location. I’ve got to say my experience on 7-12-23 was stellar. When I arrived, the store was empty. No lines No waiting. Score! Then Russel looked at my phone and diagnosed the issue In about 6 minutes. The day prior, I’d spent a cumulative 4.5 hrs on the chat line and phone support. About 15 minutes later, I departed with a fully functional phone. So all in all, I left a very satisfied customer.”
“Tonight the Rowlett Target restored how I’ve been feeling towards shopping there! Not 1 but 2 people that served me acted like they loved their job , and they made returning and shopping (spending extra) easy ! My 19 year old even commented on their customer service ! We did not have the same experience the night before at a different location ( after spending close to 300.00 ?) it was very disappointing! It is amazing what a smile and a friendly attitude can do for retail! I often feel like that is lost , unless I’m at Chick Fil A and they have it down !
