“Please post store hours on your storefront entry if you're open to the public. FYI the web is mentioning you open at 9:00 a.m. to fellow business account holders. The only single entry you have the door is locked around 10am. There is one person inside hopefully this isn't a security/ safety matter for the occupants this a.m. The gentleman inside was sitting in the waiting room working on his phone. When he saw me trying to open the door because it was locked, he hurried to the back area. So I gave it 5 minutes, tried the door again around 10:15 the door was still locked but now I can't see the gentleman. Maybe if your hours are different than the internet just post those on the storefront please. Thank you for your consideration.

“I had a great experience at the Rowlett store. Stephanie greeted me within 10 seconds of walking in (and the store was busy with several other customers inside). Some sales professionals use questionable tactics but Stephanie was refreshingly honest, and forthcoming with all information as we explored upgrade options and which plan was best for my family.
I’ll definitely be back to see her when the iPhone 18 drops!”
“Tonight the Rowlett Target restored how I’ve been feeling towards shopping there! Not 1 but 2 people that served me acted like they loved their job , and they made returning and shopping (spending extra) easy ! My 19 year old even commented on their customer service ! We did not have the same experience the night before at a different location ( after spending close to 300.00 ?) it was very disappointing! It is amazing what a smile and a friendly attitude can do for retail! I often feel like that is lost , unless I’m at Chick Fil A and they have it down ! Thank you Rowlett for letting my son see the importance of a good attitude and a little effort!”
