“I know that a lot of people use reviews to complain but I got to tell you, here people have always been profesional and amicable. I wish people bring doing their entitlement two notches and treat other customer service people as they are, humans, specially in the coming season. I remember one day that I was having a really bad day and the lady with glasses (forgot her name) treat me with kindness without even knowing what was going on. I didn’t take it out on her either but having a little bit of patience with me that day made me write this. Thank you!”

“It's a post office. What sets it apart is the history behind it. Clearly the road in front of it was used as a practice bombing range for bombers in WWII and beyond. Come see the history. Come feel the history as your spine is slammed against the roof of your car when you drive over a bomb crater. Come test the shocks in your car, truck, off road vehicle, or tank. Regardless of what you drive, your shocks are going to be ruined.”
“This is my favorite USPS location that I have been to here in DFW. There is one lady that is always at the counter. She is amazing and has the best personality and attitude. I have heard folks be so abrupt and rude to her over things that are WAY past her control. She has always smiled politely and finished the transaction. The customer afterwards never paid the price for that. She completely resets for each person. I really appreciate that. The only reason I am rating 4/5 stars is the don't staff the front with enough folks to handle rush lines. Folks definitely aren't watching in the back for her to need assistance up at the counter. She literally has to walk back there and ask for someone to come assist. I have NEVER been inside this location where she isn't the only person working the counter. Doesn't matter how long the line is .... she's the only one there.”

“5 STARS for the employee who helped me today with my fingerprints. Really appreciate it. Made my day. let's start, few days back I went to USPS in Allen (east 75) and the lady said the finger print machine is broken and has been broken for a while and the same for all USPS centers, what a lie, just had it today. Next, I went to USPS Richardson (on Apollo street/drive) and wow, and what a wow, the employee said what fingerprint, USPS don't do fingerprint... as if I was talking foreign language, and really made me doubt my presence there (since my first time doing this).. I am just puzzled how an employee tells you they do not do fingerprint? So for the lady today at USPS Plano made my day and corrected my doubt. Thank you and as I promised I am writing this review with 5 stars for her”

In addition Kiesha and T were very nice and highly attentive to my concerns and very willing and able to help to relay the urgency of the matter.”
“Helped me fix the destination on a parcel that was almost shipped to the wrong place. My only gripe is the priority boxes weren't in stock. The automated kiosk in the lobby is nice to have access to and it saves time.”

“I had a package marked delivered on Saturday but I did not get it. Hoped it would show up Monday but it didn't. I was able to ask the carrier and she reported to her supervisor right away. Her supervisor was able to pull up a picture using the tracking number and noted the sender had written the wrong house number! The carrier was able to collect the package and delivered it to me the same day! I just have to say great teamwork and thank you to Kit and Amber! You ladies are Awesome!”
