He went above and beyond for my daughter, ensuring she obtained a new Samsung phone and making sure all of her data was copied over, even putting insurance on the new device. “Had an 5 star experience on September 5, 2023 . Both guys were very helpful. Customer service was great and they answered all of our questions. But on September 6, 2023 my wife went back to drop off the old phones and the customer service was totally opposite and the guy wasn’t helpful at all . The guy on September 6, 2023 was definitely not working on September 5, 2023 . September 6 , 2023 gets a 1 star experience”
