“I stopped in with my girlfriend to find a new pair of shoes for her to wear while at work. She had recently been experiencing some discomfort after being on her feet all day and needed help selecting the right pair for her. Joe was able to explain which models he felt were best based on a 3D scan of her feet. Joe took care of us through every step of the process and listened and addressed our needs. We left with a pair of shoes and the knowledge that we needed. Joe is the best!”
“I placed an online order and when I went to pick up I waited for over 10 minutes. I finally called the store to ask how much longer it was going to be. They said it would be right out. After another 5 mins an employee came out and got my order information and realized I had somehow ordered it for pick up at a store in Plano. So frustrating, especially after the long day I had. I asked her if there was any way to have it switched to the store in Rockwall and she walked me through how to cancel the pick up and change the pick up to where I was. Her name was Natalie and she ran in and completed the order immediately for me and ran it out so quickly! I was so appreciative for her help. True customer service!!”

I went in the location in rockwall and I was not greeted and no one checked on me or other guest in the store. I have worked in retail. I worked for foleys. Customer service is everything.”

“This is by far the best boutique I have ever shopped from all the ladies are so friendly and the owner is involved with everything I shop online bc I live far away but I only shop from boutiques and trust me when I say they are the best in everything!! their prices are by far the BEST PRICED they are more than fair!!! the items are high quality and they have plenty of sales and codes to give you a little extra off plus they donate to their local schools just by shopping you can choose to donate a percentage which is awesome I always get so excited after ordering from here it’s always nicely wrapped with a hand written thank you and sometimes a little extra thank you may be stuffed inside!!! they are very involved with their customers which is great when you shop online but it makes you feel like their right there helping if you have questions just call they are more than happy to walk you through any and every question you may have I can’t recommend this place enough if you want great one of a kind stuff at great prices this is the place for you!!! I buy for myself and my daughter and I constantlyGet asked where did you get that top or whatever I am wearing and I say just Google Ishoplarue but to be honest ?larue is like my secret shopping place and I love having such one of a kind things but I’ll gladly share if it helps a small business out anyways hope this helps you decide to take the chance and buy from here it’s great for young and older and trust me you won’t find anything better WE LOVE YOU LADIES ???”
