“Personal customer service! I recently had knee replacement and while I can drive it’s not possible to get in and out of my car and bring in packages at this time. The first time the sweet lady that works there saw me coming in, met me more than halfway to my car and got my package for me, scanned it and brought me my receipt. She also suggested that I call when bringing packages and someone would come to the car and assist me going forward while I’m unable to do it myself. I’ve been several times and the young men helping me have been helpful and kind as well. I just love Love LOVE my Heath UPS store! Thanks for everything!!!

“I highly recommend that if you need to print or get office supplies. You should come here. I made a mistake in sending a file through email. But the staff and the manager are so nice and kind to help me make it how I want it. Also, they are fast. You can get your printing on the same day. Love it. Definitely come back to do more business.”

They've always been my go-to stop for shipping packages. And everyday after many years, the only complaints are with the US postal service, never them! They have FedEx, ups, usps, and DHL all in one store, which is very convenient!”

“Employees were helpful and fruendly, ocation is nice. However they now charge $2.81 to print the return shipping label for me. I've never had to pay before when returning a package. Is this new? Does it vary by location? I would have printed it myself (and paid a reasonable copy fee) but their machines cannot read a USB.”
