“Nothing but stellar speedy service from this location. I believe Jordan is the name of the man who’s always working hard at this location. I’d like to share two specific stories.1.) My first experience was extremely pleasant even though my order was sensitive and difficult. He helped my friend and I print spiraled cookbooks to pass out at her grandmother’s funeral. He was caring, efficient, and professional. We arrived at about noon and picked them up first thing the next morning. This was especially appreciated given the sudden, unfortunate circumstances. I knew right then it would be worth driving the extra mile or two instead of going to closer locations or competitors for printing or shipping services.2.) My next experience was to print presentation books for our family business. Jordan was THOROUGH and worked hard to ensure the tedious printing details of all pages would exceed our expectations. Again, a very fast and accommodating experience.Since then I’ve used this locations several times for printing projects and shipping. Very rarely there will be a small wait (5 min max), but it’s overall an extremely efficient and smooth experience.I hardly ever write Google reviews but wanted to give this business the credit it deserves! Thanks.”

“I stopped in today (2 Sept 2023) because I had to fax something to the IRS.I thought, *who even has a fax machine anymore?!*Turns out, NASA Post n Print does!The price and customer service beats the pants off FedEx Business centers, (they wanted 2.50 a page for a long distance fax, and Naymul charged me less than half that).I love the chance to support small, local businesses, and will absolutely be back for all the office shipping, faxing, and scanning needs I cannot handle at home. I highly recommend NASA Post N Print.”

“Personal customer service! I recently had knee replacement and while I can drive it’s not possible to get in and out of my car and bring in packages at this time. The first time the sweet lady that works there saw me coming in, met me more than halfway to my car and got my package for me, scanned it and brought me my receipt. She also suggested that I call when bringing packages and someone would come to the car and assist me going forward while I’m unable to do it myself. I’ve been several times and the young men helping me have been helpful and kind as well. I just love Love LOVE my Heath UPS store! Thanks for everything!!!

“I highly recommend that if you need to print or get office supplies. You should come here. I made a mistake in sending a file through email. But the staff and the manager are so nice and kind to help me make it how I want it. Also, they are fast. You can get your printing on the same day. Love it. “Been coming here everyday for the last few years to ship packages for work, they never disappoint! They are very helpful, and the owner is very nice. They've always been my go-to stop for shipping packages. And everyday after many years, the only complaints are with the US postal service, never them! They have FedEx, ups, usps, and DHL all in one store, which is very convenient!”

“Employees were helpful and fruendly, ocation is nice. However they now charge $2.81 to print the return shipping label for me. I've never had to pay before when returning a package. Is this new? Does it vary by location? I would have printed it myself (and paid a reasonable copy fee) but their machines cannot read a USB.”
