“Went to O’Reilly a few days ago and had my battery changed out. Darian was the one who helped me out. He was very professional and had great customer service skills unlike auto zones employees. I had went over to auto zone a couple weeks ago and they had said everything checked out fine even though my truck was throwing a low voltage code and didn’t want to start up earlier that day. I went back home and still had issues with a slow start up then it just didn’t start up again a few days ago along with a rotten egg smell. My neighbor gave me a jump and I headed to O’Reilly where they diagnosed everything correctly and changed out my battery. Thanks Darian, you’re awesome! Doing business with O'Reilly again in the future.”
“I had went to a O'Reilly's on Zazamora and their scan tool was out of order?? I found this place. Great atmosphere, all the shelves are in order and well stocked. Met a true professional, Mr. Angel has a great attitude. It's always nice to be greeted with a friendly smile and somebody that is available and says can l help you. As soon l walked into the store. He came out & scanned my car that l affectionately call Stephanie; she is a 2009 MlNl JCW she has shaved valves, JCW braces front and rear, cross drilled rotors and Brembo brakes. Oh,and a cat back exhaust stainless steel.long story short the dealer doesn't always do what they say. I have learned how to fix my beast. l have found a.new clean shiny store with employees that know how to give service. This is my New go to store.
Mr. Angel assisted me with ordering my part as the other wasn't capable of providing me with the correct part or even scan the car. I go to places that work... no second chances. The correct part l ordered over the phone with Mr Angel will be here tomorrow at 9am. This is perfect. This my new go to parts place. Thank you for your service Mr. Angel.

“Pick up a part I needed for my 2017 Ford F150 XLT pickup truck. I was able to pick it up 2 hours later. Autozone had to special order them online and arrived two weeks later. Just for a Battery Current Sensor DS7Z-10C679-A. It cost me almost $300 bucks at O'Reilly but it was worth it then $329.”
“2011 Toyota Corolla. Dealership wanted to charge $500 and this place only charged $54.10 for cutting a key and moving the internal chip from the old key into the new key fob (It would’ve been $170 for a whole new key + fob programmed). 10/10 service!!!!”
“7707 culebra location. Came in for a battery test after my car was doing a slow and painful start. The kind where you hold your breath and hope it turns over. You know the deal. ?
Caste jumped into action and got the battery tested, (it was bad) then validated it was still under warranty and replaced/installed a new battery all in about 15 min. ? I know they must do this a million times a week but wow did he make my day go smoother. He also did all of this with a great attitude. I know other places offer this service as well, but I've never had a bad experience at an O'Reilly's yet...even in locations outside of Texas. “My birthday got ruined when I was left stranded with a dead battery and 200 miles from home, OR SO I THOUGHT!!! I had the best experience here Today! And thanks to Collin for going above and beyond! We had called in to make sure they had my battery in stock and to see if my previous battery still had warranty. When we arrived we asked for Collin, and he already had the battery on the counter waiting for us we handed him the old one and he said you are good to go! I was back to my stranded car in no time with a new battery and back on the road home for my birthday! Thank you Collin for my birthday miracle!”
“Very honest and great folks at this location. I’ve bought 3 deep cycle AGM batteries from them. I had the first one go bad recently that I bought in 2021. Since that time the manufacturer changed their warranty period (from 5 years to 4 years) making it shorter. Unknowingly the employees said I was out of warranty. I left to think about it as I the battery started the vehicle still. Soon after I got a call from them saying the original warranty still had a years time left and they had my new battery waiting for me!!! They could have just let it go without saying anything but they didn’t… Very much appreciated”

“Nick was a great help with helping change my tail lights & we looked & they still weren't working, so he helped to diagnose the problem with me & we eventually found the problem & went back inside & helped to look up the part number since they didn't have any in stock rn. Nick is a very resourceful & courteous guy & definitely willing to learn. We went inside a couple times to look at videos to try & diagnose the problems & come up with solutions. If he hasn't got a raise soon, he definitely deserves one. He's the one I go to in there when I'm having my car troubles for a diagnosis & solution!!”

“Excellent Customer Service. My car broke down in the parking lot, so I went in to see if they could help me jumpstart the vehicle. Nic came out with a device to help me, we tried to start the car a few times without success. He then went back to the store to get a wrench to take the battery off so they could charge it.
After about 45 mins of waiting for the battery to finish charging, it was returned to me. Nic, however was on his break; he promptly came back from his break to further assist me with re-installing the battery on my car, which I am incredibly thankful for. Overall, great experience. Give this guy a raise.”
“If you want the right parts just go to commercial department ask for Rick Ruben Sally and Mike can't remember the other guy named but they'll get your parts faster and deliver them ASAP

Within an hour, he had test driven my car, ran a computerized analysis, and examined the underside of my vehicle and determined I needed new stabilizers.
