Famous Footwear offers a friendly shopping experience with helpful staff, including AJ, Dee, and Anthony, who are known for their exceptional customer service. Many customers appreciate their knowledge of the wide variety of footwear available. Shoppers can quickly find what they need and have the option to order online directly from the store. However, some reviews mention that the selection, especially for men's and kids' shoes, could be better, with more options available for women. The store is generally clean, but some shelves could use better organization. Overall, Famous Footwear is recognized for its pleasant atmosphere and helpful employees, making it a reliable choice for shoe shopping.
Service is elite especially this one young man named Anthony, he goes above and beyond every time we step a foot in this store! From the moment you walk in you are greeted ! Even though it was back to school traffic Anthony made sure to help everyone coming in. We need more workers like him!
