“I was simply going to call this location and use apple maps to look up nearest and number for it when I saw it had a one star review I was genuinely curious. When I saw the reviews it was no wonder why, it seems as though all the customers like myself have never taken the time to put in a review for y'all and that sucks because out of, at the very least, 10-15 times Ive been to this location its always been quick, simple, and the associates were more than nice and helpful. I was taken back to see the other reviews I saw which some looked to be based on mere insecurity/and or intuition of a customer, how crazy! “I love banking with RBFCU including having a credit card and auto loan!However this location really needs to work on their ATMs , half of the time the ATMs are not working or accepting cash, which is very inconvenient and frustrating especially when you need to deposit cash after bank hours. It is very inconvenient to have to drive to the Flores location. These machines do look outdated, perhaps install newer ones as this is a busy location and should be accessible to its members.”

“Rated 4-star because my husband or I wanted to call the customer service they're only open till 6:00 customer service.Not like other banks that have 24 hours customer service or till 9pm.Also the bank doesn't open til 9am instead of 730 or 8am.”
