The Home Depot offers a wide variety of tools, appliances, outdoor furniture, building materials, and gardening supplies to meet home improvement and gardening needs. The store aims to help customers tackle any project, big or small, with everything under one roof. Some customers find the staff helpful and pleasant, and the options in the store are fine. However, several significant criticisms are repeated. A primary issue is the self-checkout system. Multiple reviewers express frustration that only self-checkout lanes are often open, with no assisted checkout option, feeling this puts customers to work. One reviewer will try to go to a competitor because they have assisted lanes. Experiences with self-checkout attendants can be negative, with one described as having a snobby attitude and seeming not to like the job. Other concerns include that employees do not always seem to care to help or go the extra mile, with a specific example about a lack of assistance finding a correct part. Prices are seen as quite high by some. A final warning mentions being careful in the parking lot, as it is reportedly known for leaving screws and nails in tires.
Great outdoor selection of plants, vegetables, and all the stuff you need for your garden.

So sad that thieves can just walk out with thousand dollars worth of merchandise with no issues.

After I left this parking lot I had 2 screws and a nail in my tire. The guy at the tire shop asked if I'd been in a Home Depot parking lot like, it's a known thing. Just be carful there, I guess.
