Slowest RBFCU branch in the state. Front desk is always understaffed. Each customer transaction takes approximately fifteen minutes at the minimum. Never seen any banking branch this slow. Not sure if it's procedural or lack of training.
If you are in a rush, do not come to this branch.

I've been a customer for about 8 years, and have loved their service. I used them to refinance my mortgage, and had a great experience with them. The shared branching is awesome when im traveling and need to get ATM access. Kudos for doing great by your customers.

I opened my account here in college a few years ago. Have been extremely satisfied with this bank since. Anything I need, I know I can rely on RBFCU.
