“I visited this establishment on Thursday 01/26 and unfortunately I don't remember the employee's name but he was great! I had to do a money order and send off a package through FedEx for the first time ever and he was patient with helping me from start to finish. “I am starting to write letters to friends and wanted information about what stamps I needed, which fun ones were available and how to send the letter once it was ready. The female employee who helped me, Clerk 16, was very friendly and patient, even as a line quickly formed behind me. Our interaction was just a few, short minutes where she showed me some cool stamps available like the ones of Mr. Roger’s which I ended up going with.
I didn’t feel rushed and I got exactly the kind of service I was hoping for. It was the second post office I visited that day, but the first site was too busy for such a personal interaction. Thank you for employing such attentive and friendly people!”

“Young woman that helped was great. Soft spoken, confirmed the amount of the money order I wanted. No hassle, no fuss. Surprisingly, she has better customer service than most USPS employees. The office is inside a store. Took me a while to find it. There’s no recognizable USPS sign, so don’t look for it.”

I had five care packages to mail out for my son, who is currently serving overseas, and David was incredibly courteous, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process.
Anyone who has mailed care packages to a loved one in the military knows there can be quite a few details involved, so the process took some time. David handled everything with such patience and a smile the entire time. What impressed me even more was how he continued greeting and assisting other guests as they walked in, all while making sure my shipment was taken care of.
I truly appreciated his kindness, professionalism, and excellent customer service. It made something very meaningful to our family that much easier.
