They were so nice to me and helpful ! I was shocked. I had a really bad week and was sure this return was going to fall right in line with the most horrible week ever. I was shocked. Speechless. Angela & Audrey were really nice to me. They helped me find another shirt. Praised the color I chose which of course made me feel like a million bucks. I was sweaty and probably smelled. After the transaction was done. I kinda just stood there. Shocked. Maybe there is hope for America after all. There IS place that has Real customer service still. BOOT BARN at 35 North & 1604. “When I say he made my day I was rushing and needed a helmet for football practice randomly on a Monday… Kyle took care of me showed concern and had patience… I haven’t met a good worker in awhile where they show concern thank your for your help and your smile while doing it .”
“Every time I need help, Steven and this other tall guy always go above and beyond for me. They never mind going to the back checking for sizes and how many pairs they have for example an exclusive release, if a pair doesn’t look right as a manufacturer defect, they both have gone back there to check for the best pair. There’s a girl there with glasses who is COMPLETELY rude. Gave me an attitude and when the gentleman were not there as if I was bugging her where there was no customers. I felt very uncomfortable while getting helped and rung up. My total was above 300 dollars and still giving me an attitude? On a slow day ? The actions said it all with her and is not up to par like Steven. If the company ever sees this or corporate, Steven needs a recognition for all of his hard work and providing excellent customer service. I get the best information from Steven that guy needs a raise or some reward for sure. Thank you Steven for always taking care of me”

“If your ever near Rolling Oaks Mall go upstairs by the food court to LID's . They sell every kind of baseball cap & knit caps for men & women . They also have a huge selection of SPURS caps . This location also does custom embroidering . Manager is really nice & very helpful with finding what you need or want .”
