“Clean units with minimal staff interaction needed. Gate hours 6:00am to 10:00pm.
They include a mandatory $20 lock purchase when you sign up online and claim that it can be refunded. I tried and the staff didn't even know how to issue a refund; they only know how to credit future rent. If you're going to be in the unit for less than one month, plan on it costing you an extra $20.
Edit: It took a couple of days, but they got me the refund! Five stars!”

“I worked with Roger and his team about a week ago and they were all phenomenal! All my items were treated with care. They took the time to wrap and pack everything well so it was not damaged in transit. Delivery was equally as smooth and Roger and his team are honest and transparent. If you're looking for honest and efficient people to work with, definitely give them a call.”

“Hannah deserves a raise!!! This company is terrible but I can’t say enough great things about Hannah. She is friendly, helpful and kind in her dealings with customers. I have rented here for over 5 years. The new owners have taken away the use of power outlets and the dumpster. Rent increases of $80.00 every 3-4 months. Ridiculous in this economy!”

We worked with Carla and her commitment to customer service is second to none. She listened to our needs and concerns and provided a storage solution which met our budget. There was an initial billing error regarding insurance fees, however that matter was quickly resolved.

I had researched and decided to use this storage due to good reviews.
They did not disappoint.
The premise was clean and well maintained. It felt safe and it was a quiet,peaceful atmosphere.
There were closer places,but had negative reviews.
This business has lived up to the reviews.
When I accidentally left a lamp outside my storage,they kept it safe and made sure to let me know.
They were helpful in any way possible.
I would definitely recommend them!!”

Mark started diagnosing my problem, starting with the most likely until he figured it out. It didn't take him long at all. He had me on my way within 35 minutes.
Mark Cabello is very knowledgeable and courteous. He went out of his way to get me back on the road as quickly as possible. He even called about 45 minutes later to make sure all was well”
