The property is clean, secure, well-maintained, and incredibly convenient—but what truly sets this place apart is the outstanding customer service. I rented a 10x15 unit and was alerted by a motion sensor/security by text message every time the door to my unit was opened. You never have to worry about security at this facility.
In addition, Sam and Christa Bromley are exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. They make the entire storage process easy and stress-free while treating you like family. If you’re looking for a dependable storage facility with wonderful people running it, Westpointe is the place to go. Highly recommended!”

“Moved this past weekend and had Felipe and his guys help move my things. These guys were fast, well prepared and had all the necessary equipment to disassemble and protect my belonging.
I was moving from the third floor with no elevator to a first floor, these guys were champs. They were super nice, professional and knew what they were doing.

We worked with Carla and her commitment to customer service is second to none. She listened to our needs and concerns and provided a storage solution which met our budget. There was an initial billing error regarding insurance fees, however that matter was quickly resolved.

“A couple of months ago I got stranded off of the highway. Penske sent out one of their techs, Mark Cabello.
Mark started diagnosing my problem, starting with the most likely until he figured it out. It didn't take him long at all. He had me on my way within 35 minutes.
Mark Cabello is very knowledgeable and courteous. He went out of his way to get me back on the road as quickly as possible. He even called about 45 minutes later to make sure all was well”
