“Didn't have what I needed. The store is OK, but it is the first time I haven't been able to find any help. The cashier had to holler out the direction I should look. At least half a dozen people in line, checking out. It was not like this the last time I came here. I guess it is just a change of the times. Not enough workers serveing the public. They do have a lot of tools at a discount price. I just hope I know where to look next time to get what I want.”

“OUTSTANDING customer service. I called Graves Winelectric early on a Monday morning looking for a difficult to find fuse for the lighting system at one of my manufacturing plants. The parts advisor that answered the phone was very helpful and explained that he didn't have the fuse, but then offered to call around and find it for me. A few minutes later he called me back to tell me where I could get the fuse locally.
Unbelievable in this day and age. I was floored.

Returns phone calls promptly, answers texts, and checks up on things often. He goes out of his way to make sure you are happy. Offers lots of suggestions and doesn't try to hurry you through a decision, even makes recommendations to help keep you on budget. All about the customer being happy. Most importantly, pricing is very competitive. My carpenter has even commented on the good quality of the various wood products I've had delivered. Will definitely be doing business again.”
“100% recommend this company for custom doors. I live in The Woodlands and had a non-standard sized patio door that needed replacing. After trying Castle doors, Home Depot and an online service, no one could match what I wanted (besides their prices were outrageous). Conroe door came out, took measurements and we discussed what I was looking for. In about 2 months and at a very reasonable price, they completed my new patio doors. Absolutely outstanding installation and the doors are just what I wanted. I never even went to their store as I did everything over the phone and in person. I highly recommend this company for any of your door needs and now I want to replace all my exterior doors because my new doors make such a difference!”

“10.28.22Yes I am giving 5 stars to this Home Depot location. We all know that when you come to a hardware store that if you need an associate they are hard to find one. Well not at this location!! We had several Home Depot associates ask us if we were finding everything ok and if we needed help with something!! We were shocked. They were so nice and polite. Kudos to the management team at this location. We found what we came for and of course a few extra items. This location is the closest to our new home and I am very happy about that. I'm not going to mind coming here.”
