“We celebrated our 13th anniversary with Chef Mukta’s Flavors of Latin America class. This was such an incredible experience. All of the staff was so friendly, clear and it was just such a sweet experience. We shared a table with another couple and there were 15 people there. Highly recommend doing the cooking classes! We cooked Peruvian chicken, poblano rice, fried platanos & made shrimp ceviche, a pineapple arugula salad, and tequila lime sorbet. ✨😍”

“Mr. Steve Heering has exceptional customer service skills, detailed knowledge of Lazy boy products forwards and backwards and inside out and let my wife and I take our time deciding! We actually purchased and when I got home changed my mind and my wife called back and went in and he was super nice and said to have me come in and take my time checking everything, and that they will refund the full order from previous purchase which was final sale after discounts, because he mentioned a few times to my wife, that he wants to make sure I was Happy!! That speaks volumes!! We did go back but Mr. Heering was off that day so I did not get a chance to thank him personally!! The staff helped us do the exchange because Mr. Heering had already approved it!! We got our first Lazy boy chair and absolutely love it! It is a glider, with rotation and of of course super comfy reclining (Mr. Heering showed us this on the first day we went in, and lots of other chairs and explained everything and no pressure at all, just wants us to have exactly what I was looking for) that I have not seen in other companies!! “I had an issue with an item being charged incorrectly when I visited this past weekend. I live over an hour away from this location and was worried it would be a hassle to fix. I called the store the next day and spoke with the manager, Claire, who was so kind and helpful. She handled the mistake right away and graciously offered to make it right by overnighting a gift card with store credit for my purchase.
The next day, to my surprise, not only did I receive my credit back, but the package they sent me with the gift card also included the cutest light-up Christmas tree decoration and a handwritten note from Claire and the management team. It was a big surprise and so so thoughtful. It completely turned my experience around.
