“Having significant issues with my current dysfunctional Credit Union. I started researching the other credit unions and started with One Source. After reading the reviews I was hesitant to transfer my funds but after talking to the manager Joann she was able to explain to me the benefits of being a member of this Credit Union and the services provided. My branch manager, Monique, and Alejandra, and Iliana have always made a personal attempt to push personalized customer service! I’m so glad that I made the transition. But I do have one question for upper management, why is it when I go to the main branch in the refrigerator there are all the coke products but the local branch only offers water???
