You do have 30 days to come back and switch inserts to a different brand if you don’t like them. “After looking at 32 stores for new workout shoes, we finally found a pair that worked! Jareco (I'm so sorry cuz I know I spelled that wrong) helped us find the perfect pair for my husband. The process was extremely helpful and thorough. They have you walk without shoes to evaluate the way you walk in order to determine what type of shoe you'd need, after carful evaluation, they size your foot and bring you several pairs to try. Jareco was extremely patient, kind, and supportive. You even get a "punch card" so you buy 6 pairs of shoes and get 1 free! Wonderful experience and really appreciated Jareco's assistance!! Highly recommend! (Sorry again for misspelling your name. You're awesome!!!)”

The sales person was super helpful and patient. The delivery guys were efficient, respectful and did not rush, answering our questions ( we are new at this :) )
The communication for the delivery was also good and the ability to track the truck is very helpful to get organized during the day, instead of having to be home just waiting.

“Great local dive shop! Got a refresher course here, rented gear multiple times, bought some gear, and learned a ton about scuba diving and gear from the staff here. Tons of very knowledgeable staff that are happy to help. Rented gear has always worked well for me. They do local dive adventures to lakes in the area I've been on that have been fun too! Haven't tried it yet, but they also offer larger organized scuba trips to many exotic places like the cayman islands.”

“After a couple of stores looking for nikes for my grandson I went to the foot locker on old Spanish Trail and they didn't have them but Mr Gregory S. Called other stores and found where I could get them and had them put on hold for me. He went over and beyond with customer service. Kudos to him from me!!”
“They were very good at corralling me around the way to get in line. I had 2 items to return. One of the items was a heavy duty cot&a sleeping bag, I never got to use them during the long weekend. It was too hot to really go out&have an enjoyable time. However, they handled my return with a snap. I was surprised how easy&no squabbling. I just handed them the receipt &was in+out maybe 10 minutes. They handled it really well. They were an older man with dark hair that helped me&a younger lady with dark hair. They seemed really nice.”
“Paul Taulton and his wife are the most helpful and kind people to do business with in this retail space. I'm new to gym equipment. And did research on the powertec workbench multi system. Paul is very knowledgeable and very professional. I own my own design company so I know good business practices when I see them. “Purchased the product online. While the product is great and the store is officially listed on Yonex site as authorized reseller. It’s definitely going to be my go to place for any badminton needs.
Couple of cons which will help with experience.
1. Online store needs better way to filter. Like not showing out of stock products.
2. Increase stock options. (I understand with sales it may not make sense to stock up. But as user. I would like more options)
3. Please please please mention your delivery terms. Your site says free shipping. But what’s the ETA. Will you ships next business, after one week, after two weeks? Etc. while I’m local Houston it took 3 days for delivery.

“All brands are available. Adidas, Puma, Nike, Sketchers, Brooks, Columbia, Under Armor etc. Shoes need to be tried on. Not everything fits true to size. The store has a very large selection, but not all sizes are available. The quality is ok. Prices are slightly above average.”
“Shoe sales man was very helpful. And they actually had my size, but they only had 2 cashiers and both where tied up with some customers issues, waited In line for a long time. Management did not open another line and the store was very hot.”
“The staff here usually pretty nice. It does get really busy on the weekends. The store is well maintained despite the rude patrons that refuse to put items back after viewing them. The only downfall for me is their shoe selection for larger feet.”

The park has a lot of different obstacles to skate on and space for flat ground. This is a great space with it being covered from the sun and a big ceiling fan.”
