I like that can always get great service here . They even offer a military discount so proud that they support veterans. They even have a great supply of Christmas and holiday items . Who would have known? Parking: safe and easy and they will often bring items to your vehicle if too heavy”
“We found this place through a Facebook Marketplace Ad. Upon reaching out, our questions were answered promptly and courteously. So, we visited the store the next evening. Visually, the storefront is not impressive. However, the service and prices were outstanding. We bought a dishwasher. Even though our home is 28 miles away, and the business typically delivers up to 20 miles away, we were not charged extra for the delivery, installation and removal of the old dishwasher. The price was below what competitors offer. Juan, our delivery person, did a fantastic job, from great communication, to testing the new unit to make sure it works properly, to a spotless cleanup job. I am a satisfied customer.”

“I had an immediate need of a Washer Dryer. I called Sara Applicance & Electornics and Q picked up. He had the models I wanted and, over the phone, did all the paperwork. I had shopped at Sara a decade ago, so he was able to skip some stuff based on my previous info. Scheduled the appliances for delivery 2 days later. I got my machines, sale and install were easy. Q put up with my constant nagging and misunderstandings and made me feel appreciated and important. Renoo is the lady that sits in the middle of everything and she too was very accommodating and knowledgeable.

Parez helped me, I bought it from Fergusons but did not receive an invoice, it was difficult to find the part number. Sara was persistent and helped me find it and ordered it. I am still waiting for the part, should receive it soon. Sara was so helpful, went over and beyond to help me. I definitely am going to use Baths of America at the Houston

“Very pleasant shopping experience for a homeowner (not a contractor or tradesperson). I needed a capacitor for my A/C. I called ahead and the guy found it for me on the shelf and told me the model number. I went in to buy it and it ended up being about 30% cheaper than Ace Hardware. Very good customer service at check-out. I was afraid they might treat me differently since I'm not a contractor, but they were attentive and patient. Highly recommended.”

“I purchased a 24x54 Grill Chef Smoker. WOW! The craftmanship is on another level. First cook was for Thanksgiving - a large turkey and a ham. It ran flawlessly in 30 degree windy weather. Two splits and 45 minutes without issue. I couldn't be happier.”

“I just recently purchased a gas stove/oven. Everyone there had great customer service they worked with me on everything. I went in on a Sunday and the delivery guy was off on Monday but they still had someone to deliver my stove to me Monday and they took away the old one!! The oven was in demo mode and not working I called them and they got the situation taken care of immediately. “Just spoke with a pharmacist at HEB. I wish I caught his name but he took time with me over the phone to help me be compliant with a very important medication I need to take. He went as far as to ask me to put a reminder in my Google Calendar to align with my script expiration and when to reach out to my doctor. My doctor would be so proud to have a pharmacist that not only knows meds but supports patient compliance. Really appreciated this pharmacist and his commitment to patient care. This is rare these days! He needed to be recognized with 5 stars!”
