“We found this place through a Facebook Marketplace Ad. Upon reaching out, our questions were answered promptly and courteously. So, we visited the store the next evening. Visually, the storefront is not impressive. However, the service and prices were outstanding. We bought a dishwasher. Even though our home is 28 miles away, and the business typically delivers up to 20 miles away, we were not charged extra for the delivery, installation and removal of the old dishwasher. The price was below what competitors offer. Juan, our delivery person, did a fantastic job, from great communication, to testing the new unit to make sure it works properly, to a spotless cleanup job. I am a satisfied customer.”

“We were referred to K&N by our builder, Raquel helped us picking the right appliances for our kitchen remodel. She was extremely knowledgeable. Customer service was top notch. We also paid for their installation services and do not regret it. Their installation team was also top notch... they assessed the installation in our kitchen. Our builder had not reviewed any of the specs for our new appliances and utilities were not ready for proper installation of range, wall oven, island hood and dishwasher. K&N technicians were concerned about fire hazards that our terrible builder had ignored from the beginning of the remodel. K&N was able to install our appliances later when all utilities and concerns were addressed. They came on time and made sure that the working area was covered so there were no damages on the floor or cabinets. They were extremely respectful and reliable . Thank you very much K&N. “Parking is the only drawback. Great produce and nicely stocked items. Friendly staff. Slightly more expensive than Kroger I believe. The coupon system is such a waste of paper and would rather see 100% electronic coupons offered with the app. The app in general is very nicely done and always seems up-to-date. They have recently remodeled the entryway and it feels much roomier and well thought out. Special shoutout to the staff at the self-checkout area -- they are always eager to assist and have always been attentive to people's needs whenever I take note. I appreciate their efforts made to keep the line moving and quickly resolve any issues. thank you”

I called ahead and the guy found it for me on the shelf and told me the model number. I went in to buy it and it ended up being about 30% cheaper than Ace Hardware. “I just recently purchased a gas stove/oven. Everyone there had great customer service they worked with me on everything. I went in on a Sunday and the delivery guy was off on Monday but they still had someone to deliver my stove to me Monday and they took away the old one!! The oven was in demo mode and not working I called them and they got the situation taken care of immediately. “Furnishing an apartment is rarely stress-free, and when you walk into a store already frustrated about pricing and financing, expectations can be low. That was exactly how we felt walking into Aaron’s. We were already uneasy about using a rent-to-own service, especially knowing that the pricing structure is typically higher than traditional furniture stores. However, what could have been a frustrating experience quickly turned into a surprisingly positive one—thanks to the exceptional customer service provided by Meoka Wilson Frances. From the start, Meoka immediately recognized our hesitation and took the time to ease our concerns. The credit system at Aaron’s can feel confusing and, at times, difficult to fully understand. We weren’t particularly fans of the process and were initially skeptical about whether it would even make sense for our situation. However, Meoka patiently walked us through each step, explaining the process clearly and making sure we felt comfortable before moving forward. Her approach wasn’t rushed or overly sales-focused. Instead, she genuinely listened to our needs and worked with us to find furniture that suited both our space and our comfort level. Getting approved brought relief, but what stood out most was how she stayed engaged throughout the entire process—from browsing selections to finalizing the paperwork. Furnishing an apartment can be overwhelming, especially when trying to balance style, functionality, and budget, but Meoka made the experience feel manageable. She took time to ensure we were satisfied with each furniture selection, offering guidance without being pushy. Her patience and professionalism made a noticeable difference, transforming what started as a reluctant visit into a productive and even pleasant experience. While we still believe the pricing at Aaron’s can be higher compared to traditional furniture purchasing options, the ability to get approved and walk away with the furniture we needed was ultimately the most important outcome. “Great meat and produce. Parking lot is a disaster though, especially when doing construction or maintenance. Missing out on the selection of stir fry packages at Royal oaks location. Used to be a good selection, but they are rarely available now. Maybe they are just sold out on Sundays. And disappointed they pulled all the Boomerang line of meat pies, and high pulp Simply Orange. They were two of my favorites.”
