“I was in this particular Xfinity Store 7/10/24 n 7/11/24 bcz my power was out and I needed to charge my devices. And the 2 representatives there-Michael n Robert were very accommodating. After 4 days of no power, it was quite refreshing to be able to be in a comfortable setting charging my devices. Thanks gentleman for being so kind and helpful during my time of need. It truly meant a lot during these very trying times.

In all of the years we’ve had with T-Mobile, we’ve never had a representative take the time to explain and give up front details about services, promotions, or our bill. MIA took time out to even put on the screen protector. We’re used to reps sending us out the door with our devices in a bag. She’s ☝️ in a mill! Superb customer service.
