Came into this store and Jacob and Colt were so awesome helping restore my service and get my texts messages to be blue again and not green! He was the technician from Xfinity who came to my house and did an outstanding job. Without me even asking, he went above and beyond—replaced all the connectors, replaced some old wires in the attic, and installed a brand-new box.
