“A woman's place is no longer in the home, but now we do know where The Children's Place is - it's in Sugar Land.So over the last 12 months we've gone into every single store in the Stafford Fountains (which is really part of the mega burb of Sugar Land). It was Barbi's idea, she's a shopaholic. She sold it as "you can review a bunch of businesses that don't have reviews and I'll check out the stores with you since you don't know how to shop."It was all a ploy. She literally just wanted an excuse to go in 250 big box stores. I think she sees shopping the way some men (like me) see sex. Why go in 1 store when you can sweet talk your partner into letting you go in 250. Why have 1 partner-swap or threesome when you can have 250 of them over a year. You see what I'm saying.But none of this has anything to do with this particular store, which like many others in the excellent Fountains Shopping Center, is one we have now visited on multiple occasions. Barbi has quite a few nieces and nephews now, and other than the ones who live in San Luis Potosi or the Rio Grande Valley, we have a bunch here in Houston, almost all of them, and we've become quite close with some of them.Barbi says this is one of her 3 go-to stores for buying things for them. I think she misses the irony that when she says go-to and buying, that I'm the one who takes her to the store, and I'm the one who pays for the things. But it's okay. When you have a girl that is anything like Barbi, you will do anything they say.Service is good, prices are just okay, Barbi wanted it to get 4 stars, but my personal experience is closer to 3. Of course, Barbi wins.”

“This store is ? wide selection of designer clothing at a reasonable price. Mahogany was very friendly and helpful with making a selection. Was able to get a shirt and shorts to match, in and out in less than 15 minutes thanks to her! Definitely returning to shop in the future!”

“I try to give other retail/department stores a chance to find formal wear, but Harwin is usually the spot. I was not happy with the service at a nearby formal store, so I was walking around the plaza and found FN Formals. I wish I remembered her name, but the sales associate who helped me was wonderful from the moment she greeted me. She asked me all the right questions, pointed me in the right direction, was not pushy, and was super helpful. She told me what dresses she had in which size, what she could/could not order, she showed me pictures in the catalog, and encouraged me to try on as many dresses as I needed. The ladies in the dressing room area were fast and helpful with trying multiple dresses. The dressing rooms are spacious as is the whole area. The whole store is clean and doesn't feel cramped like other stores that have so many dresses it's hard to walk through and it's overwhelming. I ordered the dress and it came in on time! I was allowed to pay a deposit instead of the whole thing. The owner has hired amazing women who speak English and Spanish.”

“I went in for an online pickup order 8/18/2022 and I wasn't greeted at all, the lady (heavy set hispanic with glasses) that helped me barely said 2 words to me. Lisa walked up and was extremely friendly and welcoming, she wasn't even helping me but spoke to me more than the actual lady getting my order. Lisa is the only reason why I'm give 4 stars because I was going to give 1 star until she came up. Thank you Lisa for the brief but warm experience.”

“I just came here and there was two workers, one including the manager. They were super nice and super helpful. They answered all of a guests questions about an item in the store and another's on something they were looking for. It's nice to see employees who go to the customers to check if they need help with anything verses the customer to have to look for someone to help them or a customer to not find anyone. So big shout out to that manager and other employee for great customer service!”

“I’ve had a good experience every time I’ve gone to this location! The staff is always very helpful and kind. They have a great selection of clothes for girls and boys. Their clearance section is always full of good deals as well (especially when a season is ending—there are super good prices on LOTS of clothes!). They have good Black Friday sales (for longer than just the one day). If you shop here a lot their loyalty program is also good to save you $10 here and there. The only small thing with this location is that each time I’ve come here they haven’t had a super good shoe selection. But usually I don’t go to Carter’s for shoes so it hasn’t bothered me!”

“Did an on line order two of items did not fit Correctly, when went into Meryerland store was greeted promptly and directed to cashier she gave me option of refund or exchange, didn't have the dress wanted so did refund very quickly with no questions asked, love it. “This location has been here for as long as I can remember. Located on the bottom floor of Galleria 2. Do they even call it G-1, G2, G-3 and G-4? I'm Houston native and that's what they would call each section. Anyway- If they don't - look for the Apple store and it's below and across. Large store and huge sale section on the back right. That's where you'll find me. I never buy full price, it seems like you usually find a deal at the Gap. There always seems to be employees walking the floor to help you. Going to the Galleria is more of a pain these days, but to get to a brick and mortar store, sometimes you have to suck it up. It's your typical mall, find a parking lot in one of their many lots and look for a map. Packed on weekends. Try to go on an off hour. Early morning or later at night.”

If I need their help or have a question they are always quick yo respond. As a therapist, I appreciate the Vineyard Vines On The Go line.
