“I love shopping at oshKosh,. But I definitely have to say that Kakil is so sweet and attentive. She was very polite in assisting me. She smiled and made me feel very welcome and comfortable.”
“I shop here often and always have a good experience. Today, I had a complicated order and Lisa was just great. She went above the beyond to take care of my order and did so with a smile.”
“We had such a smooth and pleasant experience because of Jessi. She constantly helped us throughout our shopping trip and without hesitating answered all our questions. Thank you Jessi for helping my mother and I; amazing customer service 10/10”
“I like that they have added a greeter. Parking is usually a little easier here than at other parts of the mall.
One thing to watch out for: prices are sometimes misleading. Today I had two blouses ring up higher than expected. When I went back and checked the signs above the racks, the prices displayed were for totally different items”
“Celeste was Amazing. Very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. 5 STARS!!!!!!!! Highly recommend her and the Sugarland Store. Her Manager Yumi also gets 5 ⭐”

“One of the best customer friendly and helpful staff I saw at the footwear section. She never got frustrated or annoyed by my requests to change the sizes of the shoes I wanted to tried out. This shop is located inside the shopping mall of sugar land town center. Ample parking lots available, free of charge. Food court is also available.”
