“They gave great sales here but need more checkouts at times it can get tedious trying to get checked out. They also need to run the A/C more int he Summer and less heat in the Winter because it is always hot inside the store which makes you not want to shop very long.”

“Did an in store pick up yesterday and the Hispanic girl that helped us was really friendly and helpful. We walked around while we were waiting for her to put it all together. The store is well stocked and prices are reasonable, their winter pajamas are super cute. Only issue was I am guessing the manager wearing a pink dress. She had a nasty attitude. Aside from that have always loved Old Navy and will continue to visit.”

“My mother, myself, and my daughter who is a toddler where shopping and we got a lot and could not find the correct size of shoes the manager helped us found the correct size in the back took our items to hold for us on the counter so we could keep shopping it was a very pleasant experience! “I went in for an online pickup order 8/18/2022 and I wasn't greeted at all, the lady (heavy set hispanic with glasses) that helped me barely said 2 words to me. Lisa walked up and was extremely friendly and welcoming, she wasn't even helping me but spoke to me more than the actual lady getting my order. Lisa is the only reason why I'm give 4 stars because I was going to give 1 star until she came up. Thank you Lisa for the brief but warm experience.”
