“Update... I recently needed a car loan so, of course, called MCCU first. Jonathan Tyler was very helpful! He told me my options and was able to provide me with an approval and preliminary loan rate. However, when I did find the vehicle, it just so happened to be his day off. So John Rubio stepped in, explained everything to me, hand held - basically - through the process. At the end of the day I was able to purchase my vehicle and laugh a little (even while watching the $ disappear from my account). :-) I can't thank John enough for the time and energy spent explaining things to me and seeing me through the new car contract process. MCCU has the BEST people, service and banking options. They make you feel like you're dealing with friends. Well done, MCCU...again!Tremaine is always so helpful. I love MCCU! Those two ladies were there to answer every question I had about my auto loan. I didn’t know where to start. After finding my new car I was getting upset because I didn’t understand some stuff. They reassured me to calm down and breathe. And if I had any questions they would be a phone call away. If Shawqi wasn’t available Porche would assist.
