“It's incredible how one person can change your thoughts about the company's reputation or make you think it's time to change the company. First, I went to the Westheimer location Galleria, and the person who tried to help me was very loud and started giving anxiety attacks. He said he has been in business since 2011 and wanted to provide me with unnecessary details, which was not helpful. I pu my phone and left. The next day, I went to this Hillcrodt location, which completely changed my mind. As soon I walked in, Jorge said Welcome, wrote down our business account, and asked me to wait for the tech help. I looked at all the salespeople helping people with patience and a smile. Mak helped me, and honestly, within a few minutes, he explained all my concerns and gave an honest opinion. He offered me a few options to resolve the problems. It was a pleasant experience, and since this is a business account, I need to talk with other members. I will go back on Tuesday and get the new phone. Mak thank you again you sure did saves our business account, and we would love to stay with T Mobile for a while. T mobile is lucky to have you. I highly recommend this location, and please ask for Mak or make an appointment if he is busy.”

“I was a bit iffy at first because of all of the reviews, but once I got my Modem and set it up with my Router I was so surprised. I get above 200MBps-450MBps for $30! Which is the best deal in town. I haven't had an issue with it yet, but as of now the internet is awesome.”

“Great service at this store. The representatives at this location went above and beyond cleaning up another person’s mess from another location. I spent Halloween evening there until closing time because none of our phone lines were working and they did not rush me out until my problem was solved. Instead of guessing and messing things up further, they made efforts of calling someone to verify and walk them through how to correct it efficiently. Not only did they correct the issue but they apologized on behalf of the other person who messed up, not even knowing who they were.. Simply because the person who messed up works for Verizon and they feel no Verizon customer should have to go through that.”
