“I was experiencing problems w my iPhone. I thought I had taken too many pictures or something. Jorge came over and assisted me. He calmed me down and looked into the problems I was having. He looked and after a bit found I didn't have much memory left after the recent update. After helping to fix the problem he reminded me that it was a temporary fix that would probably only last till the next update or so. He found a promo where I could get a new iPhone for a minimal charge. I was very fortunate. Both him and the manager were very understanding. I am grateful. She was so kind and went above and beyond what was expected. I had been dreading going into the store - in the past it’s been a painful experience but Nancy did such a good job taking care of us I was pleasantly surprised. “They do keep pretty fast speeds. We had the 200 Mbps and we stayed around 160. Only got around 70-80 on wifi but still decent. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because it would randomly go out and sometimes like 4-5 times the same day and usually in the afternoon. Just random. Overall they were good.”
