“For those out in the rural area of China Spring, Waco WiFi is the best internet service in the area. Charlie is very responsive providing both in person service and via telephone diagnostics. As I learned this year, never unplug the modem! Eventually fixing my biggest error of unplugging the modem.
On Wednesday 27 May after a nearby lightning strike we lost connection, I left a message at 630 and by 845 Charlie called and informed me that issue was at the house. By 915 he and his team were at the house. He replaced the modem (He is allowed) and determined the antenna on the house needed to be grounded. They concluded their grounding work by 1100. I have to say the new modem is working wonders with the Deco-6 router and mesh system. Today’s (30 May 2026) speed test had downloads at 110 mpbs and uploads at 90 mpbs.
