I’ve seen one person be told “Welcome to O’Reilly but the next that walked in 14 seconds after did not. If they could clean that up it would be even better.”

“The battery in my Jeep began failing and I went back to O'Reilly where I bought it and it was replaced under warranty. The gentleman who helped me was Kevin and I just have to say that the level of customer service he provided raised the bar on my expectations. Kevin tested my battery and found it to be faulty and then removed and replaced it with a new one. I didn't even have to ask. That's some outstanding customer service and I will be returning because this kind of service is uncommon these days. Thank you, Kevin!”

“Went to this location for a quick battery check and the store manager told me my battery needs to be replaced. He was trying to finish up with me when an angry customer was yelling at him about needing his car checked. The store manager was trying to explain he would get to him when he was finished up with me. The customer got upset and walked out and the store manager handled the situation very well. I gave them my business and he had me in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. I believe his name is Andy but he needs recognition!! Great customer service!”
