“The battery in my Jeep began failing and I went back to O'Reilly where I bought it and it was replaced under warranty. The gentleman who helped me was Kevin and I just have to say that the level of customer service he provided raised the bar on my expectations. Kevin tested my battery and found it to be faulty and then removed and replaced it with a new one. I didn't even have to ask. “Be careful driving into the store, they put curb stops along the outside edge for some reason and I almost hit them because there not in a good area to put them, so don't blow a tire or jack your car up as you pull in to the parking lot.”
